Bio/History: Born a happy life with a nice family even though he was demanded to hide his mutant powers that his younger brother who was a regular human envied. While growing up the brothers rivaled each other with his brother mostly coming in second. The only thing the brothers didn't have common was that Oxford wasn't fond for talking. Everything changed though once the explosion happened. A building blew killing everyone besides him and his brother Oxford's mutant powers were the only thing that saved him while the brother was not effected head on but still lost two limbs. Oxford escaped living by himself but watching everything go on from the shadows. While his brother thinks he's dead Oxford knows that his brother is alive and is known as American Terrorist.
