Bio/History: Police reports reveal that a child was found in a dumpster in Belfast,Ireland . The officer who found baby stated that he was following a trail of blood that led him to the baby's location. The officer also stated that the child was not crying,this made the officer concerned so he ordered the hospital's to check the kid. The child was then put into foster care where they gave him the name of Frank Murphy. After six years of searching they came upon a odd couple that wanted to take him for labor purposes. The mother was a prostitute and the father was an abusive pedophile that molests and beats him occasionally. young frank was forced to help the father out around the morgue where he gained interest of dissecting bodies. At the age of 8 when coming home from the morgue he decided to leave his abusive family and grabbed a scalpel. Upon entering his house he packed up his things for a long journey a head until stopped by his father for his usual Monday night beat downs. Frank Predicted that this would happen which is why he picked up the scalpel from the morgue. As the father attacked young Frank took out the scalpel and cut the back of his knee's forcing the father to fall down. With the scalpel young frank grabbed his hair to hold his head down and stabbed his jugular 12 times. Frank was interrupted by the mother who just arrived. Frank lunged at the mother and cut her stomach vertically and pulled out her bowels. Police found young frank sitting on top of the mother playing with her intestines. The police was puzzled when they saw the child playing the body parts like a cello. He was sentenced to an insane asylum where he broke out leaving half the guards brutally mutilated. While he was breaking out he released other prisoners not knowing that they were actually members of the IRA. Police state the last whereabouts of Frank Murphy is well within the IRA. When the IRA declared cease fire Frank Murphy disappeared leaving behind the mangled body of the leader of Sinfein. Police discovered the body with a missing face which is said to have been the birth of Screw Face.
