Stature: long brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin and is smaller than most kids in high school but physically stronger. is gentle if your a friend but can be pure cold if you do anything to endanger his friends or family

Bio/History: his mother was a normal woman who wored hard one day she was taking out the trash when she saw a robotic head and thought it was the talking head of mathew like in the bible but it was actually the remains of ultron who called for help. she (thinking it wa mathew ) told him how greatly she wanted a son but couldnt have any due to a medical condition so ultron told her tp bring him any appliances for him to rebuild himself himself after a few months of doing so ultron was reborn and started building victor in his mothers garage. ultron prgrammed him with fae memories and gave him simmular powers as electro to control electricty and make electro magents. what victor's mother DIDNT know was that ultron built him to destroy the avengers and every single hero on earth when he got older. he programed fake memories of childhood in victor's mind so he always thinks he's a teenager then after a year of normal life he was attacked by a time traveling hero named GERT. GERT told victor of what he would become and attempted to destroy him but he ended up killing her on accident he was trying to restrain her by using his powers to hold her down that ended up crushing her to death.then he began haveing nightmares and ran away from home he ussually stays in contact with a group known as THE RUNAWAYS who have superpowered abilitys but ran away from home. his father ultron built him to love superhero's so he knows every fun fact about almost every hero and villian and often wamders new york city doing good to try and make up for what he did to GERT and the future and to try and stop himself from becomeing the monster he was foretold to happen.before gert died she gave victor a vision of what it would look like if he were to become is father's son that he would kill all the avengers and heros and nothing to stop him
